The base game uses a 3-4-3-4-3-4-3 reel layout, offering 5,184 ways to win. Winning symbols are removed, triggering a cascade where new symbols drop in. Remaining symbols shift down and then left before refilling the grid.During Title Fight Free Spins, the layout changes to 3-3-3-2-2-2-3-3-3 and pays both left-to-right and right-to-left.

The Wild Knockout xBomb acts as a substitute for all symbols except Scatters.When triggered, it explodes in a cross-shaped pattern, removing adjacent symbols (except Scatters and other Knockout symbols) and increases the win multiplier by +1 for the next collapse.All Knockout symbols detonate before the next symbol drop.

Roundhouse Kick triggers during the base game when 3, 4, 5, or 6 matching pay symbols land diagonally without forming a win. These symbols are removed, and a Wild Knockout xBomb is placed in the center of the pattern — awarding 1 xBomb for 3 symbols, 2 xBombs for 4, 3 xBombs for 5, and 4 xBombs for 6. Each xBomb explodes in a cross pattern and increases the win multiplier by +1 for the next collapse. All other symbols explode as well, except for Knockout and Scatter symbols.

Scatter symbols can appear on any reel and do not require a payline to activate.Landing three Scatters triggers the Title Fight Free Spins feature.

Title Fight Freespins are triggered by landing three Scatter symbols. The reels shift to a 3-3-3-2-2-2-3-3-3 layout, with wins paid both ways and four booster positions placed in the center. These boosters start inactive and are unlocked progressively by defeating fighters. Each fight requires a set number of Uppercut symbols to knock out the opponent, with each hit reducing their health by one. Once a fighter is defeated, the next one steps in, and players receive additional spins. The opponents include: Jim “Big Fatty” Johnson with 3 hit points (+3 spins if beaten), Kenny “Ironjaw” Shambles with 3 hit points (+3 spins), Artie “One Glove Man” Jefferson with 4 hit points (+3 spins), and Grayson “The Constrictor” Royce with 5 hit points (+5 spins). The final fight is against Wai “Little Dragon” Le, who has unlimited hit points — no more Uppercut symbols will appear during this stage. Only one booster can activate per spin, and if not used immediately, it may trigger in a later tumble.

Defeating "Big Fatty" activates a symbol multiplier booster for the next fights. When any low-paying symbol (A–10) lands in the marked position, all matching symbols on the reels will receive a 2x multiplier.

After defeating “Ironjaw,” a symbol transform booster is activated in the designated position for future fights. Any low-paying symbol (A–10) that lands there will be converted into the current opponent’s symbol.

Defeating “One Glove Man” unlocks an extra symbol transform booster for future fights. When a low-paying symbol (A–10) lands in the marked position, it will convert into the current opponent’s symbol.

Defeating “The Constrictor” and reaching the final Championship Title fight activates all previously unlocked boosters and adds a sticky Wild symbol in the designated position.

Achieve GOAT status — the Greatest of All Time — in The Cage. The game’s maximum payout is capped at 25,000 times your base bet. If your total win reaches or exceeds this limit, the round ends automatically and the 25,000x max win is awarded.
