Pearl Harbor by NoLimit City features a dynamic xSize 7×7 grid with a cluster-pays system. The game starts with only the central 3×3 area active, and the playfield can expand as special features trigger. Wins are formed by connecting five or more matching symbols horizontally or vertically, and winning clusters are removed to allow cascading drops. With Extreme volatility, a 96.21% RTP, and a max win potential of 41,127x the bet, the slot is built for high-risk, high-reward sessions. Multipliers collected in winning clusters are summed and applied to the cluster payout value, increasing the potential for explosive results. Bets range from $0.20 to $100.00, and a Feature Buy option is available.

About Pearl Harbor
Main Features of Pearl Harbor
- Dynamic xSize 7×7 grid with a 3×3 active start
- Cluster pays: 5+ adjacent symbols
- Cascading drops after each winning cluster
- Multiplier accumulation applied to cluster-size payout values
- Active area expansion via xBomb explosions, Targets, and Colossal symbols
- Feature Buy-in (Bonus Buy)
Bonus Mechanics in Pearl Harbor
- Dogfight Feature: Triggered by 3 Scatter symbols. The feature starts with 3 spins and takes place inside a fighter plane cockpit with 18 instrument dials. Dials can land (+) multipliers, (x) multipliers or nothing. Any landed multiplier resets the spin counter to 3. (+) multipliers are summed and then multiply active (x) multipliers before being added to the round multiplier. Filling a column activates a Dogfight attack where multipliers are applied if the enemy plane is hit. If all 18 dials are filled, a Kamikaze Attack is triggered.
- Tora! Tora! Tora! Feature: Triggered by 4 Scatter symbols. The feature begins with 3 spins and uses the same 18-dial cockpit mechanic. Multipliers accumulate during spins and are added to the round multiplier following the same (+)/(x) logic. If all 18 dials are filled, a Kamikaze Attack multiplier wheel is activated.
- Bonus Buy: Feature Buy options are available for Dogfight, Tora! Tora! Tora!, and Lucky Draw modes.
- Ante Bet (Banzai!): Banzai! mode is available and has its own RTP configuration. 2-Scatter Banzai! also has a separate RTP value.
Pearl Harbor Demo
Playing Pearl Harbor in demo mode is the smart way to understand how the active area expands, how 5+ adjacent cluster wins are counted, and how cascades keep building outcomes. It also helps you learn how multipliers are accumulated and applied to the cluster-size payout values, and how the bonus features behave before risking real funds.
Pearl Harbor Payout Table
Symbols in Pearl Harbor are divided into character-style high payers and metallic kanji-tile low payers. The high-paying set is made of illustrated wartime portraits (pilots and officers), while the low-paying set appears as steel plates stamped with Japanese characters in different colors, often shown with scuffs and bullet marks. Below, symbols are ordered from highest to lowest payout using X-multiplier values.

Cluster Payout Reel Area
The playing field uses a dynamic 7x7 grid. At the start of each round, only the central 3x3 section is active, while the remaining positions are locked.
Wins are formed by landing five or more identical symbols connected horizontally and/or vertically within the active area.
After a winning Cluster is created, all symbols involved are removed, allowing new symbols to cascade into place.
Any multipliers attached to symbols within a winning Cluster are added together along with any round multiplier gained from previous xBomb effects. The total multiplier is then applied to the Cluster’s payout value.
The active area can expand during gameplay through the following features:
-xBomb explosions
-Target symbols
-Colossal symbols
SCATTER
During the base game, the Scatter symbol can appear on any reel, but it only has effect if it lands within the active reel area. If a Scatter symbol is split and a bonus mode is activated, the Scatter’s multiplier value is converted into an (x)-multiplier and applied as the first addition to the bonus round multiplier. Only one Scatter symbol can appear per reel.
xBOMB WILD MULTIPLIER
The xBomb Wild can destroy up to 10 surrounding symbols within the active area. xBombs only detonate inside the active reel area. If an xBomb lands next to the border of the active area, it shifts the active area by one reel or one row. When positioned in a corner of the active area, it expands the area by one reel and one row. When an xBomb is split, it receives a x2 multiplier on the first split. Each additional split doubles its multiplier again. Once an xBomb explodes, it increases the win multiplier for the following avalanche by either +1 or by its current (x)-multiplier value after splitting. All xBombs will detonate before the next avalanche begins. Scatter symbols and transformed Wilds that are not part of a winning Cluster are unaffected and will not be destroyed.
TARGET
Target symbols can appear anywhere on the reels. When a Target symbol lands, the active reel area expands so that the Target becomes included within the rectangular active zone. Once the Target symbol is inside the active reel area, it transforms into a Wild symbol.
xSPLIT
The xSplit symbol is designed as a set of samurai swords and slices through symbols in the direction the sword handles are pointing.
An xSplit can initially appear with one or two swords. Each sword may point either horizontally or vertically, but only in a single direction per sword.
The xSplit activates only when it is inside the active reel area and after the avalanche sequence has finished.
If an xSplit is struck by another xSplit, it gains an extra sword pointing in a new direction.
When an xSplit reaches four swords, any additional split grants it a x2 multiplier.
If an xSplit has a multiplier when it activates, all affected symbols inherit the xSplit’s multiplier or have their existing multiplier multiplied by it.
Scatter symbols, Target symbols, and xBombs receive a x2 multiplier when hit by an xSplit.
Consecutive xSplits applied to already multiplied symbols will double the current multiplier value.
After completing its split action, the xSplit symbol transforms into a Wild.
The resulting Wild carries a multiplier based on the number of swords it had, and any existing multiplier will further multiply the sword-based multiplier value.
COLOSSAL SYMBOL
When a Colossal symbol appears, the active reel area expands its rectangular boundaries so that the Colossal symbol becomes part of the active zone. Colossal symbols can appear in 2x2 or 3x3 sizes and may carry a x2 or x3 multiplier. Initially, they count as a single symbol when forming a potential Cluster. If a 3x3 Colossal symbol is hit by an xSplit, it first divides into three symbols either vertically or horizontally, depending on the direction of the split. A second xSplit will divide the symbol again in the opposite direction, resulting in a full 3x3 layout regardless of the split direction. A third xSplit splits all nine parts in half, creating a total of 18 symbols. On the fourth xSplit, each symbol from the original Colossal may receive a x2 multiplier, or each existing multiplier may be doubled. The same mechanics apply to 2x2 Colossal symbols.
DOGFIGHT
3 Scatter symbols activate the Dogfight feature.
The feature begins with 3 spins and takes place inside a fighter plane cockpit featuring 18 instrument dials.
All dials spin and may land an (x)-multiplier, a (+)-multiplier, or nothing.
Whenever any multiplier lands, the spin counter resets back to 3.
Landed multipliers stay active until their values are added to the round multiplier.
All active (+)-multipliers are added together first, then multiplied by all active (x)-multipliers before the result is added to the round multiplier.
Active (x)-multipliers remain in play until a (+)-multiplier appears.
If the bonus round ends with active (x)-multipliers, they convert into (+)-multipliers, their values are summed, added to the round multiplier, and the bonus round concludes.
Dogfight Attack:
Fill an entire column of dials.
A Dogfight attack is triggered.
All multipliers in that column become active.
If the enemy plane is hit, the active multipliers are calculated the same way as in a standard bonus spin.
If only (x)-multipliers are present in the column, they are multiplied together and then multiplied by 1 to determine the amount added to the round multiplier.
If the enemy plane is missed, nothing is added and the next spin begins.
If the spin that triggered the Dogfight contained only (x)-multipliers, those (x)-multipliers stay active for the next spin.
Multiple Dogfight attacks occur sequentially from left to right.
Kamikaze Attack:
If all 18 instrument dials are filled, a Kamikaze Attack launches after all Dogfights are completed.
A multiplier wheel with 8 possible outcomes (x1, x2, x3, x5, x10, x15, x30, x50), including misses, spins as the aircraft approaches a target ship.
If the ship is hit, the multiplier from the wheel is applied to the total round multiplier accumulated during the bonus round.
TORA! TORA! TORA!
4 Scatter symbols activate the Tora! Tora! Tora! feature.
The feature begins with 3 spins and takes place inside a fighter plane cockpit with an instrument panel of 18 different dials.
Gameplay mechanics are the same as in Dogfight, with the addition of Midway Pop and Bomb Drop features.
Midway Pop:
Midway Pop is triggered when a Multiplier lands on a dial in the middle row.
The landed value moves up to the top row within the same column.
If no value previously exists in that top position, it will randomly become either a (+)-multiplier or an (x)-multiplier, independent of the mid-row multiplier type.
If a value is already present in the top row, the mid-row amount is added to it while the multiplier type remains unchanged.
Bomb Drop:
Bomb Drop is triggered when a complete row of instrument dials is filled.
A bomb hatch opens, a ship locks into position, and a bomb is released.
If the ship is hit, all (+)-multipliers in that row are added together and then multiplied by all (x)-multipliers in the same row.
If only (x)-multipliers are present in the row, they are multiplied together and then multiplied by 1 to determine the amount added to the round multiplier.
If the ship is missed, nothing is added and the next spin begins.
If the spin that triggered Bomb Drop contained only (x)-multipliers, those (x)-multipliers remain active.
Multiple Bomb Drops occur sequentially from top to bottom.
Any possible Dogfight attacks are resolved before Bomb Drops are initiated.
BANZAI!
By increasing the base bet by +50%, the player is guaranteed one Scatter symbol placed in the center of the active area. This boosts the probability of triggering the Dogfight bonus by more than three times. By increasing the base bet by +100%, the player is guaranteed two Scatter symbols on the initial drop. This significantly improves the chances of activating the Tora! Tora! Tora! bonus by more than ten times. Symbol payout values remain unchanged, meaning all wins are still calculated based on the original base bet.
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!
The maximum possible win in the game is 41,127 times the base bet. If the total winnings in a single round reach or exceed this limit, the round immediately ends and the maximum payout of 41,127x the base bet is awarded.
How to Play Pearl Harbor
Pearl Harbor uses a $0.20 to $100.00 stake range, and its win system is built around adjacent cluster connections rather than fixed paylines. Each round plays on a dynamic xSize 7x7 grid, but it doesn’t begin fully open: the central 3x3 area is active at the start and the surrounding positions are blocked. To win, you need at least five matching symbols connected horizontally and/or vertically inside the active area. When a winning cluster forms, those symbols are destroyed and replaced by new symbols dropping in, which can create additional clusters in the same round through cascading drops. The paytable values are tied to the size of the cluster you land. Instead of paying by “3-of-a-kind, 4-of-a-kind,” payouts scale through cluster-size brackets from 5 up to 40+. That means the same symbol can pay very differently depending on whether you connect a small group or a massive block. The four character portraits are the premium symbols, topped by the rising-sun goggled pilot, while the kanji-stamped metal plates form the lower tier. Because the game lists Extreme volatility and a max win of 41,127x bet, bankroll swings can be intense—especially when multiplier interactions kick in. Multiplier handling is a core part of the action. Multipliers attached to symbols that participate in a winning cluster are summed together. That sum is then combined with any carried round multiplier that may exist from prior xBomb interactions before the final multiplier is applied to the base payout value for that cluster size. This makes large clusters and stacked multiplier moments especially impactful, because you’re not just improving the payout bracket—you’re also amplifying it. The active area can expand during play, and the listed expansion causes include xBomb explosions, Target symbols, and Colossal symbols. Targets can land anywhere, and when one lands the active reel area expands to include it, after which it transforms into a Wild. Colossal symbols (2x2 or 3x3) also expand the active area so they become part of the playable rectangle and can carry x2 or x3 multipliers, while xSplit sword symbols can split symbols in their direction and then convert into Wilds. A Feature Buy-in is available if you prefer to access bonus content directly rather than waiting for triggers.Bonus-fueled chaos on a tiny 3x3 battlefield 😅
I jumped into Pearl Harbor because I grabbed a bonus deal (yep… snagged some free spins vibes) and wanted to see what “Extreme” volatility really feels like. First impression: the whole thing looks gritty and intense — those angry pilot/officer portraits and the metal kanji tiles feel like you’re playing inside a war movie poster. The coolest part is how it starts cramped in that little 3x3 active zone, and then you’re basically praying the round opens up while clusters keep smashing and dropping in. Wins are all about 5+ adjacent groups, and you can literally feel the tension when a cluster is one symbol away from jumping into a bigger payout bracket. I didn’t hit the absolute dream, but I had one moment where the top pilot symbol was building toward the nasty stuff — knowing it can pay up to 625x for a huge cluster made my heart pound on every drop. It was either dead spins or “OH NO THIS COULD BE IT,” nothing in-between. Would I play again? Yeah… but only when I’m in the mood for pure madness. This one doesn’t do “chill.”
