Cursed Seas

The Cursed Chest is a feature symbol that can open upon landing to create a vertical Cursed Area from its position to the top of the reel, provided that the new zone would include at least one winning payline. When opened, it reveals a Cursed Multiplier that is applied to all winning paylines passing through that Cursed Area. If more than one chest affects the same payline, their multipliers are added together before being applied to the win. In the Sunken Treasure bonus, all Cursed Chests open automatically and each new one expands the Cursed Area on its reel.

The Wild Treasure Chest acts as the game’s standard Wild symbol. Whenever it lands, it substitutes for all regular pay symbols in the paytable, helping complete or enhance winning paylines. Unlike the Cursed Chest, it does not create Cursed Areas or reveal multipliers—its only role is to function as a straightforward substitution symbol.

The Lantern Scatter triggers the game’s bonus rounds when 3 or 4 land simultaneously in the base game. Three Lanterns activate the Sunken Treasure feature with 10 free spins, while four Lanterns trigger the Dead Men Tell No Tales bonus with 3 refilling lives. During both bonuses, additional Lantern symbols award extra spins depending on how many land at once.

The Cursed Skull adds its revealed multiplier directly to the reel’s total multiplier during the Dead Men Tell No Tales bonus. When it lands, it also creates or expands a Cursed Area by filling positions upward. Its fixed multiplier value is added to the reel and contributes to the final total multiplier applied at the end of the feature.

The Tormented Skull multiplies the total multiplier of the reel on which it lands during the Dead Men Tell No Tales bonus. Instead of adding a value, it enhances the reel’s existing multiplier by a revealed factor. This effect can dramatically escalate reel multiplier growth, with possible values ranging from modest boosts to extreme high-value multipliers.

The Kraken symbol adds its revealed multiplier to the total multiplier above all reels instead of affecting just one. This makes it the strongest symbol in the Dead Men Tell No Tales bonus, capable of boosting the entire board at once. Like the skull symbols, it appears only in this feature and can rapidly accelerate multiplier growth across all reels.
